Second, Darick reviews your footage and identifies the key moments to discuss. Third, you meet for a 40 minute session via Zoom or in person to go through the footage together. You leave with specific, actionable improvements to work on immediately.

A full game recording is ideal — it gives the most material to work with. A practice video works great too. Even a short 10 to 15 minute clip is enough to start. Any format works: MP4, MOV, a YouTube link, or a shared Google Drive or Dropbox link. Do not worry about video quality — phone footage from the stands is perfectly usable.

Yes — video analysis sessions are conducted entirely via Zoom, which means we work with players anywhere in Canada and the United States. Florida, Mississippi, Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario — it does not matter where you are. As long as you can share a video and join a Zoom call, we can work together.

Every session is personalized, but in general you will leave with a better understanding of your positioning on the ice, specific habits to develop or break, tactical concepts like zone entries, gap control or defensive reads, and a clear short-term improvement plan.
